The Painting is Done

All I'm going to tell you is, the painting is done. We had our nursery painted yellow yesterday. And we had some murals put on the wall today. The murals are of trees, bird houses, birds, butterflies, flowers, and a pretty sky scene. That's all I'm going to say. In the next few weeks, I hope to have the nursery bedding in.



We also managed to order some furniture. And some essential things we need. I know, we should wait until after the baby shower. But you know what, we're just excited. And ready to spoil our little girl. Everyone else can buy some cute little outfits or toys. But our little girl, her momma and daddy are going to pay for her nursery. It's something we really want to do.

My friend Lola is helping us out though. She's the only one that knows what bedding we've picked. And what furniture we picked. Lola recommended the wall color and the paintings. She's really good at these things. And since she can't be here, we're on the webcam a lot. But she has been such an amazing friend...and big help. We're really lucky! ☼
